Handyman needed

I have a home I rent that needs some odd jobs fixed up. Nothing hard: - Paint stairs (kick board and top). - Replace transom window above an interior door. - Touch up some paint in a few spots (paint provided). - Swap out a light fixture in a hallway. - Clean a washer/dryer - easy. - Fix 2 wood floor spots 1 ft x 1 ft that sagged due to improper install of floor vent next to them. All combined, it'd likely take me a day...maybe a day and a half. I'm guessing a good handyman clears this up in half day.
