Looking for a full time produce delivery driver/ warehouse help. We are a fast growing wholesale produce company. We have been in the industry since 2012 but I’ve recently taken a large leap with a lot of business and a brand new warehouse which will be ready in a couple of weeks. We are looking for a reliable, hard-working individuals who can show up day after day will be a part of our team. You must also be able to lift 50 pounds consecutively I have some produce is heavy. It’s a great workout! Duties include: 1. Delivering produce and one of our refrigerator delivery vehicles 2. Helping pull orders in the morning 3. Helping load delivery vehicles for routes in the morning 4. Collecting signature at your delivery and any monies to be received 5. Warehouse help may include taking out the trash sometimes, keeping the coolers and workspace tidy, and helping unload some of our California trucks if we need help. Hours: Monday - Friday 5am- when route finishes. (The route usually finishes in the early afternoon. Some days you might be off at noon and other days after two. Collectively the five days you work a week will add up and give you your full-time.) The hours every week vary from 38 hours to 45 hours. Overtime happen some weeks and allows you to make good money. It just depends on the routes. $18-$19/hour to start We are a small team that is looking for an individual who can bring positivity, humility, and a good attitude. We show up day after day and want somebody else to respect their work environment to be able to show up and be a part of the contributing team. We have fun when we can and we believe there’s a lot of opportunity to grow with our company as we keep growing. You must respect our delivery vehicles and take care of them as if they were your own. No smoking in our vehicles and simply take out the trash when you’re done with your out. You will be on our fleet insurance. Must have a fairly clean driving record to be able to be on our insurance. No smoking marijuana and driving our vans. Subject to random drug testing if we suspect. We are looking to hire right away and somebody who is eager to be thrown into the drive right away.
