Description
These two are strays I took in about a week or so ago and I'm unable to keep them due to having cats of my own that are already a handful to care for as it is.
I'm unaware of the mother cat's age but she's rather small so I believe she's still pretty young. As for her kitten, she is about 4/5 weeks old judging by her size and all. They're both very sweet, the mother cat is super affectionate once she warms up to you, love being held and on your lap. She's also quite vocal, she doesn't meow a whole lot of she coo's & makes the cutest noises.
The kitten is very playful, loves running & bouncing about. She's also really sweet and loves to give kisses. She's just now learning to climb on things and is becoming a bit mischievous !
They both must go together as the kitten is still young and needs her mother. They would do best in a home on their own or with another cat(s), the mother doesn't seem to mind other cats, but does seem hesitant towards my German Shepherd & growls/hisses at her, so unless you're willing to put the effort into getting her used to a dog, she would do best in a home without one. (Although she may like a smaller dog better, my dog's just really big & that may be what's scaring her, haha) the kitten doesn't mind my dog, nor my cats though!
Rehoming fee is $25 to ensure they go to a good home. They do need to be checked up by a vet and the mother needs to be fixed. It would also be ideal for you to come pick them up in a small/medium wired crate/cage rather than a plastic carrier, as the mother cat doesn't like plastic carriers (I tried to put her in mine & she would not have it, but she was okay in my wired cage)
