I lost my silver necklace I believe July 4th walking from members first bank on hilltop down towards 44 Sacramento River Bridge to watch the fireworks with my girlfriend and kids. My brother past away 9/5/16 and I had it ever since then. Please help me Joshua Plympton am willing to pay a reward.
