MILL VALLEY, CA — A Mill Valley location is being eyed as a possible landing spot for an acclaimed San Francisco chef, SFGate reports. Chef Brandon Jew has filed paperwork with the city expressing interest in 173 Throckmorton Ave. as the possible location for his next venture according to the report. Jew operates the Michelin-starred Mister Jui's in San Francisco's Chinatown and Mamahuhu, a counter-service restaurant in the city's Richmond District. The Mill Valley location under consideration was formerly occupied by Mill Valley Beerworks. Jew hopes to open the Mill Valley Mamahuhu by September or October according to the report.
