Looking for: One (1) Spanish speaking person willing to take pictures of a property This is a part-time job. On-call basis. Pay is per successful property visit. The job is very simple. 1. Coordinate with the property owner/POC as to when is the best date and time to go visit the property 2. Take photos of the property Exterior Photo of the front of the house head-on. Photo of the back of the house. Photo of the right side of the house. Photo of the left side of the house. Photo(s) of the backyard. Photo of the right side of the house at a 45-degree angle (you should get a little of the side also). Photo of the left side of the house at a 45-degree angle (you should get a little of the side also). Photo of the street scene right. Photo of the street scene left. Photo of the address verification - mailbox or address on house (if available) Photo of the street name sign. Obvious damage. If applicable: Central air unit, Pool, pool pump, hot tub, patio, lanai, deck, balcony, storage shed, and small barn. Interior Photo(s) of each bathroom. Photo of under the sink. Photo(s) of each bedroom. Photo(s) of all other rooms. Photo(s) of the kitchen. Photo of under the sink - pipes should be in view and trash disposal if present. Photos of appliances in the kitchen (you may be able to get many in one photo). Photo(s)of the dining room or dining area. Photo(s)of the garage if applicable. Obvious damage. If applicable and accessible: Air handler(s), furnace/boiler, water heater, electric panel, etc 3. Written - A brief written summary of the overall condition of the property and neighborhood will be included in the comment section of the order.
