Young German Shepard found on SH 100 on the edge of Port Isabel by a thornscrub patch by some UTRGV biologists while they were doing fieldwork. Very sweet, very scared German Shepard pup, about 10-14 months old. Male, unneutered. He is safe at the Port Isabel Animal Shelter. These are the best pics I could get of him.
