HOOVER, AL — A corridor near Ross Bridge in Hoover has a potential project in the works. A developer seeks to redevelop retail buildings on a vacant 3.6-acre property at the intersection of John Hawkins Parkway and Lake Crest Drive, according to a Birmingham Business Journal report. One 4,000-square-foot building would have a retail shop and a restaurant, and another 5,000-square-foot building would have two retailers and a restaurant, the Birmingham Business Journal report says.
