is currently seeking in our Eaton, Ohio location.  $5000.00 Bonus for new hires! We are at the leading edge of technology for the automotive and industrial markets.  Our focus is on creating products that go into the cars we drive every day, including value-added, precision steel components for transmissions, engines and steering systems.   Multiple positions open for the 3:00 pm to 11:30pm  Monday – Friday and 11:00 pm to 7:30am Sunday through Thursday with a shift differential and over time available. If you are ready to take the next step in your career, where you can be well compensated, receive your Benefits on the first day of employment, and get 3 weeks’ vacation in your first year, we want to speak to you!  If you have experience installing, maintaining, repairing machinery, equipment, physical structures, piping, Please As a Maintenance Technician, you will: Identify the root cause of the machine Breakdowns Dismantles defective machines and equipment and installs new or repaired parts Performs routine preventive maintenance, major or minor repairs and troubleshooting and resolution breakdown or out of control situations Installs and repairs electrical equipment, such as transformers and wiring and electrical, and electronic components of machinery and equipment Assembles, installs and maintains pipe systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment Repairs and maintains physical structure of plant Sets up and operates machine tools ( Lathes, grinders, mills, drill presses, etc) to repair and/ or fabricate parts, jigs, fixtures and tools Operates powered industrial equipment Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma 5 plus years of experience in Electrical, Technical, Mechanical Maintenance The ability to work 2nd or 3rd shift Physical – Medical Clearance to Operate equipment Preferred Qualifications: Associates Degree 2 plus years of experience in Electrical, Technical and Mechanical Maintenance Pay: Salary Overtime potential Shift differential -$1 5% yearly bonus potential $ 5,000.00 first year hire bonus Physical Demands & Frequency Requirements: Activities such as walking, stooping, climbing, kneeling, bending Significant time on production floor and significant time on the feet and walking Significant uses of hands; sometimes in confined spaces Occasional lifting: Typical less than 50 lbs Hearing of conversational level Must be able to be qualified to operate powered industrial equipment Color Vision
