IF YOU ARE AN INDEPENDENT ENGINEER READ THIS!!! I have a home studio set up in an awesome house in the Bel Air Hills and I'm interested in helping out some engineers that need a place to hold sessions for their clients. The spot is a very cool vibe with three studios in the house as well as a big piano/rehearsal/living room and large Entertainment room with a built in bar, TV and couches. There's also a great outdoor backyard area with an amazing view. House is 420 friendly.
