In search of qualified and competent professionals who are very capable of performing various remodeling tasks such as General Carpentry, Drywall hanging and finishing, trim installation, painting, basic plumbing and electrical, flooring, tile, bathroom remodeling, siding, gutters, repairs, windows/doors, concrete, masonry, etc. You don’t necessarily have to know every trade, however, you must be well rounded with position flexibility. The job initially is cash and we can go from there depending on overall performance. Rate of pay is based on results including quality and efficiency. You absolutely must be very experienced, have a positive attitude, be dependable, trustworthy, and able to work independently when necessary. You must have reliable transportation to and from the job sites within the Greater Pittsburgh area. Druggies, Alcoholics, lazy people, unreliable excuse makers, scammers, and inexperienced ones need not respond. This is a legit opportunity for the right person.
