Hi: We’re a commercial earthworm farm in Kyle, TX. We breed, grow, and harvest “red wiggler” worms and sell them - along with worm bins, worm castings, and worm farm starter kits - on the internet via an ecommerce site at www.brotherswormfarm.com. We’re seeking 1-2 hard-working, curious people to support day-to-day activities at the “farm” (a 3,000 square foot commercial warehouse). You'll have the opportunity to work and learn all areas of our business, with the primary responsibilities including: * Supporting all breeding activities (feeding, watering, harvesting, etc) * Feedstock, bedding, and bin prep * General day-to-day care for the worms, including monitoring, troubleshooting, etc. * Support for package/shipping activities This role does require hands-on work (e.g., light lifting, being on your feet, etc) and a willingness to get your hands dirty :). Other details include: Location: Kyle, TX Starting Compensation: $12/hour Hours: Flexible. 10-20 hours per week or full-time hours are available.
