I'm looking for some rough framing to build a small cabin 16x26 with a loft. It's located in Averill Vt. and hoping to find a mill the closer the better. I could haul it myself. 2x10 floor joist 2x4 walls 2x8 rafters Spruce, Pine, Fir, Hemlock If your too busy I'd appreciate any leads on other mills... Thanks
