We are a mid-size, busy General Contractor looking for a multi-trade craftsman who is an Emergency Mitigation Technician. The ability to skillfully match drywall textures is important. We are looking for someone specifically skilled in Emergency Mitigation of: Clean water, grey water, sewage, and mold. Knowledge of proper construction containment and protection placement is required. Most of our work is in Downtown San Diego, but we do jobs all over San Diego County and in other cities from time to time. Please have a valid driver's license, clean record, reliable transportation, and your own hand tools. You must be able to work in a team environment. We ask for at least 3 years experience in the emergency mitigation trade. Please be an Emergency Mitigation Technician and skilled in the majority of the required skills listed above. This is not an entry-level position. Pay will depend upon your experience and is above industry standard. We offer group health insurance after a successful introductory period of 90 days.
