PRODUCTION MANAGER POSITION - beverages

Looking for a FULL-TIME production manager to join the team. Monday-Friday (7:30am start time) You would be responsible for managing beverage production, brewing kombucha/cold brew coffee/and sodas, the production team and day-to-day tasks, produce ordering, inventory tracking, and ensure consistent quality (this one is super important!) You'll be our "head brewer" with a focus on the back-end and day-to-day HAS TO GET DONE things. You'd work directly with the owners & president daily. This job includes: -cleaning kegs -cleaning drums -using big juicing equipment -receiving & physically moving produce (over 700 lbs total) -brewing coffee (big batches) -juicing on big commercial juicers (must be strong) -lifting kegs on shelves -organizing walk-ins -clean the warehouse and keep kitchen clean -and random day-to-day closing duties Looking for an organized go-getter, I got this, I can hold the fort down, no problem kind of attitude and mindset. If you like to figure out things, improve things and do a great job that is a plus.
