Windows Remote Assistance - VOIP

I need remote assistance troubleshooting. I have spent about Two Plus hours attempting to fix this issue. Not surprisingly, it's been Really Annoying. It shouldn't be this complicated an issue. I suddenly can No Longer Make calls. (Receive, yes, text, both ways, yes) I made No changes Whatsoever to my Supported Browser--other than Routine Browser Updates. I'm looking for someone who would be willing to help me remotely (i.e., TeamViewer, etc.) figure this out. Thanks
