Professional landscape company seeking full-time landscape maintenance crew leaders and members. You must be able to work with a team and bring a good attitude to work everyday. Responsibilities: - Full-service landscape maintenance to include but not limited to: mowing, edging, string trimming, pruning, weed control (both hand-weeding and herbicide application), blowing, etc. - Ensuring all property care work is performed in accordance with both industry and company best practices standards. - Recognizing and proactively communicating issues on assigned properties to the management support team. - Communicating with customers, providing basic answers to questions as well as understanding when to involve managers in decision making. Requirements: - MUST have experience in professional landscape maintenance (1+ years, more preferred) - Must be able to work well with others and follow direction. - Must have reliable transportation to and from work. - Must be able to work outdoors. - Must be able to reliably work our regular hours (M-Th 7:00-6:00) with occasional overtime. - Must be detail oriented to ensure quality work Compensation: $14-$17/hour depending on experience and expertise
