Looking for a part time construction/maintenance person for varies jobs. I own multiple properties in Eugene and on the Oregon Coast (Florence to Lincoln City). Ideal candidate will have construction experience (framing, drywall, plumbing, electrical, tile, etc.). I'm in immediate need to redo a bathroom flooring and tile and some framing. Work on some of the units will have to be done in the evenings and on the weekends. Candidate must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check. Aprox 20 hours a week (sometimes more or less depending on job). This can be a side job if the candidate already has a full time job.
