Think more along the lines of attorney, or body guard. I want them to be rudely frank, with no ambiguity. And to serve my goals and needs exclusively, with no concern for how they are seen or thought of. They are not there to be popular. They are there to win. Every encounter. Decisively.
Like the orange guy did for us when he was president.
I would not invite him to dinner, but I loved him as president.
