I need someone to visit a vendor of mine in Scottsdale, to make an in person presence on my behalf. I promise this is not making any threats or anything remotely illegal. I have a vendor who has simply been taking months to finish a project for me but I am out of state. I want someone who can show up at their office and just show them that they can't keep ignoring me.
