LOOKING FOR SHARED REHEARSAL ROOM

I am a multi-instrumentalist with a compact Roland Electronic V Drum set, MIDI keys, desk/computer, Sub/bass & Guitar 4x12's, floor pedals and mic's. I can travel but live in San Diego/Normal Heights. I do not smoke and write Christian Doom and Gloom music-there are no other persons but me working on the songs so it would be just me in the room renting. I need a rehearsal space to set up my gear/24/7 and rehears/write. I have a stable income and can afford a decent rental if shared with someone else/band. I have a stable income and reliable! Please let me know if you need to share a rehearsal space either in San Diego or Los Angeles. I am visiting Los Angeles soon to find rehearsal spaces available.
