Description

We have been having interment internet for months now. Mine has been down for three day this time. They said it was a load balancing issue with the local node, they fixed, yet the issue continues. Getting absolutely nowhere, just total run around and zero accountability. This has affected several of my neighbors and we are frustrated beyond belief. We are reaching out to others in the Spectrum area to see who else is having the same or similar issues. If we all get together maybe, just maybe we can get something done. Please respond if you are having the same or similar issues issues, give a much detail as you can or are comfortable doing.
