Martis Camp Club is seeking a fulltime or part-time seasonal teammates for the summer season, now through mid-October.  Starting pay is $20.00 per hour Our housekeeping team is responsible for all areas of Martis Camp with the key aim of enhancing the member experience by having excellent standards of cleanliness. Job Duties include but are not limited to: -Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all areas both back-of-house areas and Member areas. -Report any maintenance issues immediately to line manager, including all furniture, fittings, and equipment. -Be involved and contribute at team meetings. -Ensure all assigned areas of Martis Camp are clean, neat, and tidy. -Follow detailed checklist for each area and communicate with teammates and manager regarding progress of each area and any issues that arrive. -Wear provided safety equipment when using cleaning supply (i.e., gloves, mask etc.) -Clean building floors and walls by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming. -Gather and empty trash and recycling. -Clean and polish furniture and fixtures. -Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees. -Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment. -Drive vehicles required to perform or travel to cleaning work, including vans and golf carts. -Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors, fixtures, and self. Qualifications: -Must be at least 21 years old to drive Club vehicles. -Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, which included marijuana. -6 months of housekeeping experience required. -Must be able to communicate clearly with managers and other personnel. -Current Driver’s license with good driving record Physical requirements: -Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds. -Ability to stand/walk for 4 hours at a time. -Ability to twist, kneel, bend, and stoop repeatedly when cleaning.
