The job entails all aspects of property maintenance and repair to get vacant properties into market ready condition and respond to existing tenants requests. For example: painting, repair/ install flooring, repair/install locks, minor plumbing repairs, basic electrical skills, moving equipment, etc. Must have valid Ohio driver's license. Own vehicle required.
