Hello, I am a 36 year old male who is looking for a personal trainer to help me build muscle, get more toned, and lose some of my body fat. I am getting ready to move into an apartment complex that has a gym so I will have access to this. However, I am a bit daunted by where to begin and how to go about this. I would like to work with someone who will not only train me but will also teach me how to use the equipment properly and educate me on how to be more autonomous with the equipment. I am a teacher so my schedule will be busy, but I do want fitness to become a part of my daily routine. Thank you! Zack
