Teach me how to drive a stick shift

All the driving schools from Tacoma to Everett are booked (Stick Shift Driving Academy, WMST, Defensive Driving School Kirkland). On average, they offer 1 hr classes for about $100, 2 hr $150, 3 hr $225, where they provide the vehicle, instruction, and get me from crappy scratch beginner to an intermediate nature. Can you offer a 2-3 hr training for me in July? What's your price (inclusive of the stick shift car, gas, etc)? Prefer to train in Tacoma but I'll travel if it's needed. Thanks!
