New flip, need to tear off all flooring, scraping and sanding pretty much every wall. No experience needed. Need workers for a week or 2, maybe 3 extra weeks - nothing complicated - for a fix and flip, a duplex in Long Beach, so here is your chance! A lot of clean-up, tear off all flooring, scraping, patching, sanding, walls, painting, trims, baseboards, etc... many kinda of repairs! Nothing complicated, I just need 2 helpers. Some experience is prefered, but not necessary if you follow instructions and are a good worker. Paying $12-15 an hour. The best guy will earn $20 an hour. Need extra cash? Serious people only. No flake please, if you vannot show up, don't even apply... If you work well, I can keep you for a few days/weeks... Nadine
