Welder needed: Fix Security Gates

I need (4) security gates fixed at my building in Chinatown. The fire department cut a square in the security gates surrounding the locks due to an arson and we need them replaced asap, today ideally. I've included photos of the four that need to be replaced and we might need a few more bars welded onto the gate as well. Main thing is getting the locks back on there. Extra bars are to prevent someone from wiggling in via one semi-open space. Let me know if you can come today and ballpark what you would charge.
