IMMEDIATE OPENING for a highly skilled, experienced maintenance technician to handle all aspects of multi-family property maintenance, preventative maintenance and renovations at multiple properties in Los Angeles. Qualified applicants will be responsible for scheduling, performing and completing work orders/repairs, as well as unit turnovers. Experience in plumbing and electrical preferred. HVAC certification required.
