Hourly repair person needed for apartment repairs, commercial office building repairs and renovations. Must have truck and tools, clean credit and clean criminal check. At least 3 relevant references. Must know general plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, locks, patching and painting. We pay with year-end 1099.
