Lead technicians have the role of keeping the condition of equipment in working order. The Lead Technician entails leading, training, and offering directives to a team. Duties and Responsibilities • Assist with training and development of new hires • Must be safety champion and willing to hold others to the same expectations • Must be able to offer daily organization and delegation of technicians • Must have the ability to maintain high-quality standards and hold his/her reports to the same expectation • Must be willing to evaluate the performance of staff and ensure that the work is being completed efficiently. Must be willing to offer detailed feedback on their level of performance, in order for them to do better. • Must be willing to communicate any staff concerns to senior leadership, on a timely basis • Is responsible to order and maintain sufficient parts or repair needs • Manages or delegates staff for Client Account walk-throughs • Must have the knowledge to organize or reorganize for correct flow of delivery • Must be able to maintain excellent customer service contact with the client and offer frequent feedback to his/her manager • Responsible to manage the equipment prep, refurbishing, installation, and decommissioning of equipment such has coffee machines. • Make an estimate of the cost of labor, selection of outside contractor and items needed for work orders Other Requirements • Setting the standard, leading by example on professionalism and respect • Must exercise patience, calm demeanor that sets the tone for the team • Must set the example on meeting the performance, attendance and dress code standards • Must have a valid driver’s license and clean Driving record • Must have 3 years driving experience and be insurable • Must be able to read, write and communicate in English • Must be able to operate a computer, (Word, Excel and e-mail) • Must have strong interpersonal and motivational skills • Ability to effectively manage time and meet necessary deadlines • Must have top-level team skills to be able to work with others • Must have good leadership skills • Must have the ability to carry out instructions • Must have the ability to multi-task • Must have a good knowledge of record-keeping • Ability to work with machines and equipment, such as hand tools, drills, etc. • And other requirements set by management Benefits, time off, and more! Title: Overnight Merchandiser Location: Los Angeles, CA Schedule: Sunday – Thursday ***8:00PM – 4:30AM*** Rate: Starting at $18.00/hour About the position: Opportunity to grow! The Overnight Merchandiser drives a box truck vehicle over an established route to deliver products and services to our customer locations, merchandising snacks and beverages in several break rooms each evening.
