Title: Overnight Merchandiser Location: Los Angeles, CA Schedule: Sunday – Thursday ***8:00PM – 4:30AM*** Rate: Starting at $18.00/hour About the position: Opportunity to grow! Opportunity for advancement! We hire from within! The Overnight Merchandiser drives a box truck vehicle over an established route to deliver products and services to our customer locations, merchandising snacks and beverages in several break rooms each evening. Responsibilities: · Restocking · Merchandising · Deliver customer orders to place of business within established time frames · Establish and maintain excellent relationships with customers · Ensures customer delivery questions are accurately answered · Physically loading and unloading delivery trucks · Maintain accurate inventory reports Other Requirements: · One year of driving experience (preferred) · Excellent customer service skills · Ability to work safely and quickly in a fast-paced environment · Neat and professional appearance required · Setting the standard, leading by example on professionalism and respect · Must exercise patience, calm demeanor that sets the tone for the team · Must set the example on meeting the performance, attendance dress code standards · Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record · Must have strong interpersonal and motivational skills · Must have good leadership skills · Must have the ability to carry out instructions · Must have the ability to multi-task · And other requirements set by management About BlueStar: BlueStar Refreshment Services has been keeping companies absolutely gratified for more than fifteen years.
