Good Morning and hope this finds you well! We are looking for a Brewer at The Brews Hall in Torrance CA - we brew beer under 2 brands: Buzzrock Brewing Co and George Lopez's Ta Loco Brewery, and are a multi-concept food hall and Brewery. We're ramping up production quickly and I need a brewer who can help make more of our beer! We're looking for a candidate who can: Run a 4 vessel brewhouse CIP brewery vessels (Brewhouse, Fermentation Cellar, Serving Vessels (Bright tanks) Track fermentation and perform other cellar activities (Transfers, Dry Hops, Yeast Dumps, etc.) Keg Cleaning and Filling Helps on packaging days Hours: once a new brewer is up to speed we will have 2 shifts, and need weekend coverage so working weekend days can't be an issue. Plusses but not requirements: Able to drive a forklift (this one is big - highly preferred) Canning experience DE pressure leaf filtration experience Draft line cleaning / maintenance experience Wage depending on experience, and though I can't make promises about the future - right now our trajectory is headed toward significant growth, so if that continues there should be opportunities to grow with us.
