A long term property management company is currently hiring for a skilled HVAC repair/replacement technicians Full Time Requirements: · Own reliable truck or van · Minimum 3+ years of work experience in HVAC trade · Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing of equipment · Inspect, repair, modify and install HVAC equipment · Operate specialized machinery, equipment and tools utilized in the repair, installation and maintenance of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration systems · Friendly, responsible, and good communicator · EPA Certification for HVAC tech is a must Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour COVID-19 considerations: Required to wear a mask, surfaces are constantly sanitized, social distancing
