I am seeking someone in the professional beer brewing industry who is willing to do some mentorship. I am not brewing beer, but from the standpoint of technical help I need, I think those skills would most likely be from the beer industry. Basically I need help with: 1) Figuring out ABV - I have a refractometer but feeling like something is not calculating correctly. 2) Mass production with forced carbonation 3) Advice on getting product into bars, restaurants, food trucks, food festivals, etc. Some of these will require meeting in person because I learn better by experience. I am very low income and zero experience in the food/beverage industry. I am willing to trade services (multimedia communications i.e. graphic design etc) or negotiate pay if needed. Please send details outlining your work experience.
