I am looking for a highly dependable person to support a AirBnB rental. I own a house in SE Portland/Milwaukie area, just about 5 miles from Sellwood neighborhood. I hope to travel for an extended period of time and open my house up for an AirBnB rental. I need someone to help me with managing the property in several ways: - Work with me on new listings. We will need to maintain a close working relationship over text/cell phone. - When a new reservations is booked, help me prepare the house. This includes cleaning the house, setting out new towels, making sure the yard is acceptable etc. All the things so when the new customers come in, they will be set for a great experience. - While I will have a lockbox for the key, the code may need to be changed for a new quest. - Be the ground person. If any issue, does arise, I will work with you on resolving. About you: - Need to be dependable, text responsive, and generally a good, positive human being. - Submit to a background check. - Have reliable transportation. - We will need to meet in person and work through the logistics. - You need to be respectful of the work as well as the guests and myself. - Your number will be listed on the AirBnB site as point of contact. - I think this position is best-suited for a student or a currently unemployed individual who is looking for a PT job. About Me: - I am a nice, good person. I am good to people and treat people with respect. - I am honest and fair. - I am easy-going but when work needs to get done, we needs to get it done. Payment will be made for each day of each new booking. So if a guest stays for 3 days, I will give you 25$ for each day booked. So if a customer books for three days, I will give 75$ (venmo payment preferred). You will have access to all bookings over AirBnB site and will see all the upcoming reservations.
