Independence Landing Apartments is seeking a dedicated cleaner/housekeeper to join our team! Our community consists of 124 units - 2 apartment buildings and 14 townhouses. The cleaner/housekeeper is responsible for cleanliness of the buildings and some exterior spaces to ensure the property is maintained to meet company standards for cleanliness, curb appeal, and safety. Daily duties include, but are not limited to: *Clean common areas, leasing office, clubhouse, fitness room, restrooms *Stocking and supplying designated facility areas *Dusting, sweeping, mopping *Vaccuum building hallways *Clean and vaccuum elevators and stairwells *Empty trash bins and tidy up garbage corrals *Maintain curb appeal This position will also require apartment cleanings at move-outs. Qualifications: *1 year of relevant experience preferred *Valid driver's license and reliable transportation *Ability to bend, stretch, twist, walk continuously, and access restricted spaces Key words: housekeeper, housekeeping, cleaner, janitor, janitorial, porter, groundskeeper, custodian
