Bartlett Commons, at The Cannery in Davis, is now seeking a full-time, entry-level groundskeeper to become part of our onsite team! You will perform basic maintenance, do turns on units (lots of painting), schedule vendors, keep property grounds and common areas clean, perform light landscaping, work beside disabled volunteers (leading by example), help with food distribution from Yolo Food Bank, keep inventory of parts and supplies and provide list to manager of items needed, run errands to pick up needed items, walk property and report compliance issues to manager, provide friendly approachable contact for tenants with questions or concerns, maintain all work spaces, perform additional tasks as requested. Compensation for this position is $13-$14 per hour DOE, with an opportunity to rent an apartment onsite at reduced rates; once the hired person reaches 90-days of employment.
