Just like all the other hoaxes the liberals tried to hang Trump with, this will likely fall short and just end up being harassment. Second, it is not a crime. All companies pay/compensate employees/board members etc with "untaxed" benefits. Payroll, bonuses etc are always deducted by the company as operating expenses. And of course there are millions of additional twerks and adjustments companies can use to reduce their net taxable income. It is always the responsibility of the recipient of the benefit to pay the taxes, not the company. "Trup has also been accused of “cooking” his books. BTW, Trump hasn't been charged with anything, the "Trump Organization" (whatever that is) is the accused party.
