Grand Avenue Residence - Minneapolis, MN We are looking for a reliable, self-motivated, person to join our team as our housekeeper. The housekeeper works independently and preforms basic cleaning tasks. This includes room cleaning, personal laundry for our residents, stocking supplies and assisting other departments as needed. This position is 40 hours per week. We prefer applicants should have one year of related experience but we will train the right person. All applicants must pass a background check. Applicants must have a have good organizational skills, be able to speak and write English, and enjoy working with people. We offer competitive wages, employer subsidized benefits and a paid time off package and are on a major bus line. We are a small board and care home in a quiet South Minneapolis residential neighborhood. We are not like large nursing facilities and are more like a big family, staff and residents. The same family has owned the home since 1968. We pride ourselves that we were Covid-19 free during the pandemic.
