Two full size Siberian Huskies were found dumped / fatally injured deceased on 11000 Alameda Forth of July and they are still out on side of road It is inhumane animal cruelty to dump, hurt, kill unwanted pets on roads PACTact: Prevention of Animal Cruelty and Torture Act states it’s a federal crime to harm animals Many dogs and cats are being dumped that should not be Spay neuter and reduce breeding
