Hobby Lobby is certainly free to propagate any view or opinion, just like everyone else is free to speak or publish their political or religious view. What Hobby Lobby doesn't realize is that most conservative, evangelical or fundamentalist Christians would have met with the same circumstances that Roger Williams and Anne Hutchinson experienced. Those individuals were banished from the colony. Maybe they should have considered themselves "lucky." Other religious dissenters under the Massachusetts colony were beaten or killed. America has never been a Christian nation. It doesn't matter what the Pilgrims and the Puritans who came to this country thought. They thought wrong. They fled persecution but came here and persecuted others. Hobby Lobby doesn't speak for me. If I had lived in the Massachusetts colony, I would have been beaten or banished or killed. And I am an evangelical Bible believing Christian.
