Digging near foundation

Hello: I am looking for someone to dig a section of the house foundation (corner) to find the source of the leak. See pictures. See pictures attached. Will provide digging tools and the owner will be around to guide the process, main line nearby. After 3:30pm preferred. Near Takoma Metro. Will not allow anyone come in for bathroom, sorry.
