Property Management Company seeking experienced grounds person/porter to service our apartment and commercial properties. Must be able to work responsibly and reliably under minimal supervision, when needed. Ability to multi-task, perform well under deadlines, work well as a team participant to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standards set forth by the owners. IMMEDIATE INTERVIEWS This position requires the qualified candidate(s) to be responsible for all day-to-day maintenance in turnover, repairs, light carpentry, electrical, plumbing, cleaning, installation, rehabbing, safety consciousness, steady and dependable where your efforts show reliability, self-motivation and pride. Your duties would include performance of maintaining the building, making repairs, assisting coworkers, working well under pressure to meet deadlines and ability to use a flex work schedule to accommodate after hours and weekend emergencies, all while maintaining professionalism and courtesy when dealing with residents, clients, coworkers and the general public. Paid Mileage expenses &OT available. Health Benefits Available Must have reliable transportation, tools, valid driver's license, good penmanship, strong interpersonal skills, ability to operate an electronic device and proficient in English, Spanish is a plus.
