Only the vaccinated need apply. We are looking for vaccinated individuals to participate in a focus group that will be held on Friday, July 9, 2021, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (CST). Compensation for participating in this focus group is $20 per hour. We ask that all applicants be willing to openly discuss their opinions. A photo ID will be required to attend the focus group and all participants must sign confidentiality agreements. To apply, you must complete and submit answers to all the below questions by 8 am (CST) on or before Thursday, July 8, 2021. We will notify the applicants who have been chosen to participate in the focus group by 11:00 a.m. (CST) on Thursday, July 8, 2021.
