Rapidly growing homebuilder working in several communities in Collin County seeking to hire someone for construction site maintenance. Qualifications: • Valid drivers’ license with reliable transportation • Energy and dependability • Ability to take direction from several construction managers • Honest and hard working. Self-starter. Initiative. Duties include: (we provide all the equipment) • Sweeping houses, streets, garages • Removing debris and garbage • Weed whacking • Mowing • Stacking lumber and materials • Spraying • Self-directed inspection of subdivisions, looking for anything untidy or messy • Lifting, bending, walking, climbing, hauling, digging, etc. Compensation: • $15/hour. Evaluation and raise to $17/hour after first 4 weeks. • Possible raise to $20/hour after 6 months of dedicated employment. • Guaranteed 40 hours per week. (No overtime possible). This is a demanding job, requiring physical labor, mostly outdoors. There is room to grow and learn in this industry and with this company.
