Parakeet - Think its a male. Predominately white. Has light blue & gray markings. He crashed into the window @ Kindred Spirit store in Roosevelt Shopping Center. Hope he is ok. He certainly rung his bell! He is @ Animal Control. I think AC is on Raby Rd. or that area. Hope he finds his people. The # to Norfolk Animal Care (which is where he will end up) is .
