Commercial Cleaning Technician Job Description Overview: Maintain quality work results with focused and efficient workflow by providing cleaning services of hard and soft surfaces for commercial clients. Work ethic and attitude must be aligned with zerorez’ company standards. Gain the trust and respect of all clients by exuding empathy, authenticity, and competency of work responsibilities. Direct Responsibilities: • Timely clock in/clock out • Maintain safety standards while driving and conducting cleaning services • Maintain uniform and dress code standards • Maintain and develop proficiency in carpet, tile, VCT, upholstery, air duct, janitorial, and other cleaning services • Maintain cleanliness and organization of company property, equipment, vehicles, etc. • Maintain and develop proficiency in communication with customers, team, and others • Turn in monies collected daily according to company standards • Report equipment repair needs daily • Stay actively engaged while at work • Complete daily accountability report • Actively participate in daily training meetings Qualifications: • Work ethic • Coachability • Positive Attitude • Work on your feet for 8-10 hours/ shift • Insurance acceptable MVR • Licensed to drive in Nevada • Ability to pass a background check • Ability to pass a drug test • Lifting up to 50 lbs. • Legal to work in USA • Speak/Read/Write English Shift: • 4 PM – 12 AM, Available Sunday – Friday, some weeks may be altered • Occasional changes for business needs • Ability to travel within the state of Nevada Compensation • $12-$13/ hour during training, • Up to $15/ hour there-after, depending on experience • Performance Bonus & Healthcare benefits after 90 days
