We are known for fully rehabbing and repositioning properties and are seeking team members to join our Traveling Operations team. Positions Available: • Traveling Maintenance Techs • Traveling Carpenters • Traveling Foreman • Local Maintenance/Make Ready Techs Position Details: Maintenance Techs • Basic plumbing, electrical and carpentry skills • HVAC experience and EPA certification required • All facets of apartment make ready Carpenters • Interior and Exterior remodeling • Cabinet re-facing, door hanging, countertop installation • Sheetrock repair and finishing • Kitchen and bath remodeling • Basic electrical and plumbing Maintenance Foreman • Basic plumbing, electrical and carpentry skills • HVAC experience and EPA certification required • Pool certification a plus • Certification in refrigeration, electrical, plumbing a plus • Previous property management experience • A hands-on supervisory approach • Four year supervisory experience preferred Traveling Positions: • Must be available for travel schedule (3-4 weeks out, 1 week off at home) • Aspen provides travel, housing, per diem, annual salary, and full benefits All applicants must have their own tools and transportation.
