Impact Companies is looking for a Laborer to add to our CTC Crushing team. If you or someone you know is homeless, a convicted felon, or a recovering addict in need of a job you may be a fit for our 2nd chance program. The 2nd Chance Program gives candidates a furnished trailer for 90 days. The contract, however, can be renewed on a month-to-month basis, if management and the candidate agree to. The trailer is located on one of our six quarries around the Las Vegas valley. The Candidate must be: o Physically able to do the labor-intensive position o Willing to follow all rules and policies set forth by CTC Crushing o Most importantly, excited for the opportunity to get back on their feet and grow The Mission statement of CTC Crushing is “We do our best to positively impact our customers, team members and community.” Our mission is something we all try to live by here, especially the general manager of CTC Crushing and creator of the program, Bill Mulligan. Bill looked at an empty trailer and had a vision of a program that would change the lives of some of the homeless in our community. Our first 2nd chance candidate was Cody Huff, who is the founder/leader of the Broken Chains Ministry that helps hundreds of homeless people.
